  I have family members in the Phillips Cemetery. I live in Ohio. I come down and decorate their graves. It says if there are anything on the ground will be removed for mowing. The decorations are only steel wire that is pushed in the ground. Can I ask that they can be pushed back in the ground if they are in the way. It really makes me sad that I travel miles to decorate my mom and step dad, my grandparents and brothers graves. This would mean so much to me.
